Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom magnets are non-refundable and cannot be returned. This includes any product that features custom dates, names, colors, or designs.

Exchanges for Errors

If an error is made on our part — such as incorrect spelling, wrong date, or design mismatch from what was ordered — we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us with a clear photo of the issue, and we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost.
