Processing Time
Each order is made with care! Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Large & Bulk orders may take a bit longer depending on complexity, but we’ll keep you updated if there’s a delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We charge a flat $5.95 shipping fee, no matter how many magnets you order. Most of our orders are shipped via USPS, and delivery typically takes:
- 2-5 business days for continental U.S. addresses
- Up to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your magnets on their journey to you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@simplymagnetics.com and we’ll do everything we can to help track it down or offer a solution.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom magnets are non-refundable and cannot be returned. This includes any product that features custom dates, names, colors, or designs.
Exchanges for Errors
If an error is made on our part — such as incorrect spelling, wrong date, or design mismatch from what was ordered — we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us with a clear photo of the issue, and we will gladly offer a replacement at no extra cost.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct product.
